CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for understanding that these policies and guidelines are vital to the sustainability of the business. I’ve carefully created every policy and guideline below in a way that is designed to ensure that you have a seamless experience and the quality of work delivered to all guest by is the absolute best. APPOINTMENTS • To receive a service all appointments must be scheduled through me or via booking website. CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING / LATE FEE • Deposits are non-refundable if the client’s original appt. isn’t canceled or rescheduled within the policy time frame. • If the appointment is within the policy time frame please click on the LINK that the client received via text and/or email to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellation & Rescheduling Fee: 50% of the total service price will be charged to the method of payment provided if the client cancels or reschedules an appointment outside of the policy time frame. SAFETY • If you, the client becomes sick or has been in contact with someone who is sick, please cancel / reschedule the scheduled appointment within 48hrs of the cancellation policy via LINK.
